Privacy Policy

We do not share, sell, or trade personal information with other companies.  The only information collected here is by our web server (which tells where you click, not you are).  When you make a purchase a product our financial institution does not give us your personal financial information only name and address in order to ship your products.

Spam:  We hate spam therefore we do not send spam.  Only communication will be to process orders and if you opted into our newsletter.  The newsletter is handled by an outside service and you only provide you name and email address.  We keep address and other information provided to us private and secure.

We have other links on our site to fellow business people.  Please be aware that when you click on their site the privacy policy may be different.

Security measures are in place to protect the lose, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  We personally set up our own website and make all changes ourselves; there is no third party involved.  Our internet Service Provider requires user ID and Password's to access any captured information by our site.

SHIPPING POLICY:  We appreciate every customer that purchases products from us and we try to remember how we want to be treated, therefore, we take up most care to make your shopping experience as fruitful, less stressful, and free of problems.  We do try to ship within 7 business days, however, many of our items are handmade and fabric must be ordered and can take longer up to 14 days or longer.  If you need to return a product due to an error on the customer's part, shipping must be paid by the customer for the return, as well as for the shipment of the correct product.  If we send the wrong item, we will cover all shipping expenses.
